There are 2 brand new sealed packs of professional blue medium rods with 14 rods in each pack, plus 2 new packs of 500-count end papers. The seal is broke on one of the end paper boxes, but they have not been used. This is a nice set to get if you're thinking of a home perm or need to stock up for your business!
